Description:
We are a large family daycare that offers the warm and cozy home like enviornment with the structure and learning time found at large centers.

Qualifications:
· CPR, First Aid, and Medication Certified.
· FBI Background check on all employees and volunteers.
· Owner is actively pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development.
· Assistant has completed both TECE 1 and TECE 2.
· Participant in the Delaware Stars program.**

Philosophy:
We believe that children learn best through play. While we do have a structured circle time each day, the children are given ample time to explore and learn while playing each day. Individual time is given to each child to work on skills such as cutting, pasting, coloring and name writing.
