Description of Center:

Precious Faces Family Child Care offers a quality child program for families with children ages 1 year to 12 years old. We operate in convenient hours to give parents extra time to get to and from work. Our program provides wonderful nurturing experiences for all of our children. The daily schedule is usually consistent so that the children can know what to expect throughout the day. Weekly & Daily Activities: Circle Time, Cooking & Baking, Arts & Crafts, Dress Up Time, Music & Dancing, Lesson Time, Quiet Time, Outside play & Activities, Story Time, Assorted Games, & Field Trips! Monthly Calendars, Newsletters and Preschool Curriculum daily.

A positive Childcare Experience in a preschool setting. Where the child feels welcome, and safe and secure in fun learning environment. Where the child can express his / hers personalty freely. Where the child's mind is stimulated to have new learning experiences.

Qualifications:

4 Years experience in the home child care field in the USA. Additional 8 years in Canada. We are State & City Certified, Yearly Training in Early Childhood Education, Married mother of 3, Husband and Wife partnership, Both husband and wife are CPR/First Aid Certified.

Accreditations

First Aid and CPR Certified. 20 + hours of Early Childhood Development Classes per year..

Registration Information:

The one-time non-refundable enrollment fee is $ 75.00 per child which is due along with necessary enrollment forms. Families are also required to have a face to face interview with the owner before beginning the enrollment process.

Tuition Information:

Infant: 1 year to 18 months / Monthly Rate is $ 700.00
Toddler: 19 months to 36 months / Monthly Rate is $ 670.00
Preschool: 37 months to 6 years / Monthly Rate is $ 625.00
School Age: 7 years to 12 years / Monthly Rate is $ 575.00

Full time only! Rates are for a maximum of 10 hours per day. Anything addition is subject to additional costs.

Meals & Menu Descriptions:

Children are served Breakfast, Morning Snack, Lunch, Afternoon Snack. All meals meet USDA Requirements & Standards. Special foods due to allergies are not included and will be the responsibility of the parent to provide.

Husband & Wife and their three teenagers 13, 16 & 17.

Financial Assistance Information:

We currently accept families receiving childcare tuition assistance through the State of Alaska. State Authorizations are due before the child's first day enrolled.

Curriculum Information:

Precious Faces Family Child Care uses Fireflies (Funshine Express) Preschool Curriculum, in our daily schedule. We also inter grade our own monthly calendar with fun days such as pajama day, dress up day, wacky hair day, spa day, treasure hunt day and many more.

Precious Faces Family Child Care is located in South Anchorage off of Abbott Rd (near Carr's). Abbott Rd: Turn onto Vanguard Drive. (depends on which way you are coming) *look for a Tesoro Gas Station* Then turn right onto Academy Drive, (follow soccer field to end of street). Turn right onto Brayton Drive, you will come to a new subdivision called "Moss Creek", turn right onto N. Heather Meadows Loop.
