ABOUT THE PROVIDER
Here's what an associate in the early childhood field had to say about the provider:
"I am very impressed with Kenia. She is warm and nurturing with the children. She is also very intuitive about what kids need.
Kenia really enjoys taking the children into the community whether it's a walk around the block to say hello to the neighbors or to the local supermarket to shop for lunch or snack. She also takes the children to enrichment activities at the library, museum, or resource center."
Here's what a parent had to say about the provider and her family: "This is not just a daycare. The providers make us feel like part of their family. They plan evening and weekend events for us. You can tell they really care about the children and the children really care about them. It's like a home away from home for my child."

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We believe that children need quality, consistent care to grow and that home care can best offer this to children.
We provide a small adult - to - child ratio so children can receive the attention and nurturing they need and deserve. Licensed home care can also offer the luxury of a cozy, relaxed enviornment that is less structured and more responsive to the needs of children.
Outdoor play is in a spacious, fenced play area which includes a play structure.
We understand that young children do not learn like older children or adults. Their intellectual growth is connected to and dependent upon their social, physical, and intellectual development. Most of what they learn about the world comes from the experiences they have while playing. This is how they learn that ice and snow are cold, discover that feathers float but rocks sink, and that dirt turns into mud if you add enough water. It is also how they learn how to get along with others.
We encourage children to use words to express their feelings and violence of any kind is not tolerated. No form of spanking, physical punishment, verbal abuse, or demeaning comments are used in our program.
We know there is no job more important than ours and that we are holding the hands of the future. |

LOCATION
We are conveniently located on the West Haven/Orange line in the Molloy School district.
