We're going to be honest with you, this place is really cool ~ a
creative and caring collection of talented teachers and remarkable resources to be exact! It's a place that was
created by experienced educators, dedicated parents, and knowledgeable child experts who joined together in pursuit
of a great idea.
We built lmnop so children can achieve their absolute best while they learn, play, and grow in a safe
& inspiring place. Early childhood development is important to us...that's why we believe in providing the most advanced
learning environments filled with exciting activities & endless encouragement. l-m-n-o-p...finally,
a place that has it all.
Our school in Carrollton, TX provides outstanding childcare and an advanced learning environment
for ages 6 weeks through 12 years old. Come visit us anytime to meet our staff and tour this

categories to us as parents and educators. Our story is simple...we believe that educational childcare
should be outstanding in every category - so we opened lmnop Children's Academy. Our leadership
team is a group of early childhood experts that have individually contributed to lmnop's success in
education & quality.
EXPERIENCED LEADERSHIP
The never ending pursuit of quality is something we're always talking about. Dedication, continuous
training, and proper resources are all essential elements...but we know it's impossible to offer the best
quality without experienced leadership. We want every parent to know that our leadership team and teaching
staff at lmnop have the expertise that can only be acquired through many years of experience and achievement.
Our Director, Tedra Jackson, has 28 years of experience as a leader in early childhood education. The
respected reputation she's earned over the years is a direct reflection of her commitment to children
and the positive environments that encourage young minds. Each of her experienced staff
members are required to complete training and continuing education courses regularly. lmnop
is fortunate to have a staff with such high integrity & qualifications. We invite you to stop by any

Philosophy:
At the foundation of lmnop's curriculum is a balanced environment of teacher-directed instruction and child-initiated activities.
In addition to proven fundamentals, we believe curriculum should always be improving and responding to new developments in education.
Preparing children for their next milestone requires a research-based approach that meets the needs of each child by
providing the appropriate challenges and resources. Since each child is unique, our curriculum is designed to effectively
teach according to specific learning styles. At lmnop we provide challenges along with endless encouragement.
We encourage children to explore their surroundings, pursue solutions, think creatively, and make decisions.
Our Director, Teachers, and Curriculum Advisory Board are committed to the advanced learning environment at lmnop.
