Qualifications:
I have 13 years experience in caring for children. I strive for long term relationships between the children I care for, their families and my own family.

Philosophy:
Good daycare is much more than just babysitting and it is not something I take lightly. It is a monumental task being entrusted with the care and well being of your child. While the financial rewards are minimal, the emotional rewards, for both the children and me, are very abundant.

Registration Info:
No registration fee. One week's tuition is due upon agreement of contract. This is then applied to the last week of care.

Tuition Info:
Each family's tuition fees are discussed during our initial meeting. As of May, 2008, full time care is $200/per week/per child. Part time care is $50/per day/per child.

Staffing Info:
Certified in First Aid & CPR/Rescue Breathing. Licensed by both the State of IL and the Village of Schaumburg.

Special circumstances are individually discussed.

Parent Info:
Throughout the year, the children and I go on field trips to many different locations. The children enjoy and look forward to these field trips.
The outings provide the kids with a huge learning opportunity.
I encourage open communication with the parents as we work as a team to do what
is best for your child.
Throughout the year, I offer a digital online photo album of the children to the daycare parents so that they can see first
hand the fun, enjoyment and activities the children are experiencing during their day.

The children enjoy creating masterpieces which they are proud to present to their parents upon pickup each day.

Meals & Menus:
Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack are served daily. Meals are provided based on the USDA Food Guidelines
for children of young age.
Breakfast is typically a grain (pancakes, waffles, bagel, toast, cereal etc.) as well
a fresh fruit and a glass of milk.
Lunch generally is a hot meal with occassional sandwiches. Lunch always includes
a protein (chicken, fish, beef and/or cheese) as well as a combination of 2 fruits/vegetables and a glass of milk.
Snack can be a combination of any two items from each of the major food groups.
Children are encouraged, but never
forced, to try new items and usually find that they like them as well.

Description of Center:
My home is located on a quiet street with a large fenced back yard. Children in my care are engaged in various activities through the day.
Field trips, formal curriculum. Fenced yard with outside play most days - weather permitting.
Children learn through play and life experiences. Each day we work on many lifelong skills.
