Meal & Menus

We provide USDA nutritionally balanced meals, snacks, and cooking activities. Meals are posted on the Parent’s Board Weekly. The lunch meals will consist of one meat, two vegetables, bread, and fruit served with 100% juice and/or milk. Sample Menu: ***** Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Breakfast Pancake & Sausage on stick, milk Cheese Toast, Boiled eggs, Milk French toast, applesauce, Milk or Juice Flavor Oatmeal, Milk and/or Juice Cold Cereal, Milk, fruit Lunch Beef stew & rice, mix veg., peaches, Milk or 100% juice Spaghetti rings, corn, slice apples, bread, Milk or Juice Meatballs, diced potatoes, baked beans, pears, juice Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Ravioli, green beans, Fruit, Juice and/or Milk Fish nuggets, french fries, mixed fruit, bread, Milk Snack Vanilla Wafers & Apple Juice Goldfish and Juice Animal cookies & 100% juice Orange slices, chees-its, Juice or Milk Orange slices, chees-its, Juice or Milk Staffing Myself only, for the summer one helper. When I have doctor or a class, an assistant will be there with my little people. This program is designed to be age specific and developmentally appropriate.
